Those were the words from Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee speaking of John Edwards. A report surfaced that Democratic Candidate John Edwards spends up to $400 on his haircuts. The debate last night featured on FOXNEWS was a pretty entertaining and informative one. It finally started to narrow down the long list of candidates (10). Pictured above are the top three frontrunners, Mass. Gov. Mitt Romney, Former Mayer Rudy Giuliani, Arizona Gov. John McCain, and also recent poll riser, Mike Huckabee. The winner of the debate (voted on by the viewers) perplexed many people; it was Texas Rep. Ron Paul. Paul seemed to battle everyone most of the debate by speaking out againest the War in Iraq and even claiming that the attacks of Sept. 11 were brought on by us. After making such a bold and ridiculous comment, Giuliani interupted by saying,

"That's really an extraordinary statement, as someone who lived through the attack of Sept. 11, that we invited the attack because we were attacking Iraq. I don't think I have ever heard that before and I have heard some pretty absurd explanations for Sept. 11. I would ask the congressman withdraw that comment and tell us that he didn't really mean that."

A good amount of ground was covered at the debate from abortion, immigration, taxes, spending, stem-cell research, and even the schenario of a possible simultaneous terrorist attack accross the country. The situation sounded like a 24 plot. It said that there were three separate attacks accross the country with the possibility for more, and that islamic extremists were caught off the Florida coasts and taken to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba for interrogration. The candidates were asked if they would approve the use of torture or "enhanced interrogation techniques." At the end of this subject, one of the candidates commented on needing Jack Bauer.
